One Punch Man: Cosmic Garou's Radiation Values

About time we put to an end the debates about his passive radiation with some concrete numbers, kind of.

I made a blog about it using an explanation Qawsedf234 made in a previous CRT, here it is:

These values should be put somewhere in Garou's profile, not really sure where. Same with Saitama's radiation resistance.

Heavily agree. Literally every Garou match has people asking for this.

The wording should be added to Garou's radiation manipulation explaining he passively emits X rad, can reach Y rad with Nuclear fission and Z rad with GRB. His resistance should simply specify he can resist the radiation from his own attacks.

For Saitama it should simply mentioned he resisted the GRB wich is Z rad in his radiation resistance parentheses.

Also pretty sure Garou has 1 or 2 losses in his Cosmic Key where his radiation was bypassed since his rival had a baseline resistance to cosmic radiation
