Unfortunately for you it is.

For no reasons? Gotcha then I'll ignore ya.

This is a blatant lie as well, we literally use the intelligence sections for skill feats so try again.
Duh, I know we do. But just because we do doesn't mean there's a written rule to fit this, you can clearly see that none of the descriptions in the intelligence section mentions stuff like martial arts or swordsmanship, but rather intelligence in general terms.

I'm not even saying EG combat intelligence shouldn't be a thing btw, but we should at least have a set rule as to what qualifies as EG for combat before giving anyone this rating.

We probably should, but until we do, we work with what we have. The Intelligence page is vague by design, it's because quantifying intelligence is largely subjective, and setting concrete standards for it is pretty difficult, and will only serve to limit what we can do and will end up being reductive to how vast and diverse intelligence feats could potentially be.
We probably need better standards, but at the same time, it's just very difficult to figure them out.

Anyway, I think Mihawk and Zoro having EG swordsmanship is probably fine, since they far surpass the upper limits of IRL swordsmanship in terms of skill.

...yeah, problem is most anime swordsman also surpass the limits of IRL swordmanship
that's not really much of a criteria

Difference being that Zoro's and Mihawk's is pretty accurate to IRL skill with swordmanship. This isn't the type of anime like Fate where it uses statements to inflate shit, but rather outright feats and showings to match

Ichigo slashing away 100 million petal sized blades while in a confined space, against an opponent with relative speed to him, would be considered as an Extraordinary Genius feat I guess.

Shinigami was right all along.

i'm talking about the criteria, even with statements that doesn't mean the characters in question did not surpass the limits of IRL swordmanship, plus we're talking about battle intelligence here

so remove the "surpass the IRL limits of swordmanship" and add for example

extreme information analysis that's capable of easily deducing the enemy's weak points
capable of making techniques to counter any enemy/technique he is facing based on the weaknesses/abilities the enemy shows
capable of adapting to very strong and fast opponents and and calmly analyzing them even under heavy pressure
etc

"surpass IRL swordmanship" is very vague, that's why i'm against using it as a criteria

it's better to make precise requirements

...altough if someone is reading this take mine into considiration
