@Dragon - If Doffy and Luffy are High 6-C, Law and Fujitora (excluding Environmental DC) should be as well... other than that...

Everyone else should be 7-A, rather than High 7-A. Zoro has a 80+ Megaton feat w/ out Asura, so High 7-A is out of the question unless we can prove it.

I included the major things being discussed such as AP/Dura and Speed. Once that matter is discussed, we should focus on the tiering of featless characters such as Killer, Apoo, and others post time-skip.

Sure, but even so all the fourth commander would have to be is stronger than the rest of BMs army excluding the other sweet commanders and her 3 guards. I mean bobbin was highly respected by most of BMs army yet he is still basically irrelevant in the presence of even somebody like Sanji. And that's also not factoring in the fact that we still don't know the circumstances of Urouge's alleged victory over the fourth commander.

I am also unsure of where it was stated that brook can directly physically attack ones soul, so unless I am forgetting something extremely ovious, I would be very grateful if you showed me where this has been done. Also he was able to tank a hit from them, hence the crack in his head.
