For Luffy: there's just no implication he got stronger between the events of Fishman Island up until the wedding on Whole-Cake Island. He has not had his first development until he battled Katakuri. Bellamy scaling to Luffy already supports Luffy's AP in base maintaining its "likely 7-A", but again, affected characters include the likes of Dellinger if we take his beating of Bellamy into consideration.

Jozu: Him hurting Aokiji is already justification for his AP rating.

If you're going to start the whole Luffy vs Doflamingo vs Bellamy talk again, ignoring all the context regarding why tf Doflamingo was hurt by Luffy (Where I'll begin saying your favorite 'w' word), then we're done with the topic in general and I'll have to request a potential discussion rule on the matter.

Jozu has nothing to scale to in regards to a flat 7-A, so that is not going to happen. His only scaling is from hurting Aokiji. Nothing less. He has no feats nor anti-feats to determine anything else.

Vista: Fought Akainu alongside Marco twice. That's something I already brought up.

Marco: Kizaru gets his scaling from Marco. Not the reverse. What you are suggesting is going to result in a circle. Marco scales to Akainu and Aokiji.

Garp: By virtue of being the strongest marine even at that point. Therefore he scales above the Admirals and even Sengoku.

I think it's worth bringing up, what's the source for Garp being the strongest marine at Marineford?

Garp: Sure, he scales from them, Still has to have the same rating which he does not in your projection.

Vista: Did you read or skim? I outright address we brought up scalings which @Damage needs to go over.

Marco: You are confusing a circle with a closed circle. Short hand looks like this

Closed: Marco>Kizaru>Marco>Kizaru>Marco . . . .

Open circle: Marco over powered Kizaru who was still powerful enough to avoid substantial injury. Both scale to other characters besides each other such as Kuzan, Ace, & Akainu.
