Given how Zoro > 1010 Luffy, and that Luffy could fight Kaidou for over half an hour, I don't think it's fetched to say that they could replicate what Yamato did.

Sanji is attacking the core of the opponent (torso), which harms their internal organs.

The word used for Core is "ボディ," which also means "torso" "body" and "trunk"

It's not the same as the core Sabo was referring to.
