One Piece General Discussion: Elbaph

And the issue with that is what we've actually seen of Kaido's flight acts nothing like Psuedo-Flight (A form of flight simulated by successive teleportation or jumps), Kaido has not needed to move around by constantly grabbing clouds, we've visually seen in every instance of him flying that all he needs is to surround flame clouds around his body to maintain it.

Psuedo-Flight is just inaccurate.
Then why would Yamato say "Dragon's don't fly, remember?"

Whether we see it or not, Kaido's method of "flight" is being described as him generating flame-clouds and launching off them, just like Momonosuke who is using the exact same power as Kaido.

Why does that matter when I'm claiming Restricted-Flight is more accurate than Pseudo-flight?

Yet as I've mentioned the visual evidence shows otherwise that Kaido doesn't need to do that and in all instances of his flight just puts his flame clouds around his body, similar to how Onigashima is loosely surrounded by flame clouds but can maintain restricted flight (Kaido's not needing to constantly create new flame clouds for it based on what we've seen).

Restricted flight may be more fitting.

All I'm saying is that it's definitely not pure Flight on its own.

This is a flame cloud?

One of the worst things about transparenting a difficult image is that you could've gotten an even more quality image that you found to late.... Even worse when it's an important image 🙂

Or that. I generally am hoping this either covers the events that were off screened involving Shanks (Like his encounter with Kaido before marineford, and his talk with the Gorosei or at least how he got there-) OR it's a current timeline thing if it has relation to Oda saying he'll be making a movie. One Piece Red leads into Elbaf--

Ayo Oda's the PRODUCER? Was Oda ever a producer in a movie before or just a general supervisor/Designer? This might actually end up being canon.

Fingers crossed! Here's hoping we see some feats, too-
It's feeling like a backstory, but they're using art of current Shanks at the end.

What does being the producer mean?
Means Oda is basically both creating and overseeing the entire thing, and it's all greenlit by the author from start to finish. Whereas with every other movie... Minus Strong World I believe, he only supervised or designed characters.
If this doesn't contradict the current story or timeline, it might pass as canon. (Especially if we see it connect the current story or whereabouts of Shanks with the movie's events)

In Chapter 990 Hawkins stated “1%” “That’s the probability of that man being alive tomorrow morning” if that person does survive does he get some sort of probability manipulation?

No
Extremely unlikely events happen all the time. IRL people have survived lightning strikes, falling out of planes, fully developed rabies infections etc.

There is a big chance you survive a lightning strike… none of what you stated are even close to a 1% chance of survival besides maybe the infection

One is statistic by humans and the other is a 100% perfect statistic by a devil fruit
Doesn't matter. As long as it is a non zero probability, it can happen naturally. Now, of someone is consistently performing extremely low probability feats, that could be "Supernatural Luck" ... Just one incidence is not enough
