I mean Marco with his regen is Basically immortal as well, and is more rarer than logia so... it having op immortality isn't that unlikely. the only thing that makes it weird is because of laws devil fruit, since ope ope no mi just gives other immortality but since mythical Zoan is more rare it makes sense being at least as strong or stronger than law's devil fruit
Goku wouldn't neglect his DF as long as it isn't hax, but he would be very unlikely to obtain an awakening since he probably wouldn't be using it enough to achieve it (unless it's a Zoan, in which case maybe he might use it enough).

Why not observation? His precognition that he has already is extremely strong to a ludicrous degree, and his senses are better than anyone in one pieve barring the few second precognition. Advanced armament and advanced conqueror is self explanatory.
The reason I'm not a 100 percent certain is because Goku's only real ambition is to fight really strong dudes, which is not the most ambitious thing one can seek after. Heck Vegeta is even more ambitious than Goku by wanting to become the strongest being ever so he's way more likely to have Conquerors (I still think Goku could have it, just that I don't think it's 100 percent certain).
Deku > Garou in sensing. You are wanking garous sensing alot. He doesn't even have precog he has analytical prediction but the weakest type... He makes 12 movements where someone can go which aren't even accurate... If it at least were accurate it would be ok analytical prediction... If he could make 50 movements it would be even better.... It's literally is the lowest of analytical prediction and somehow people are debate it being near obs haki when you would need to at least be able to make infinite movements where the opponent will could go to maybe be near it.
I'm pretty sure he was referring to Goku instead of Garou. And if he was referring to Garou, then I don't know why he responded to your comment about Goku's level of Haki.
