And how does he have higher LS than the guy that finessed the shit out of Mihawk's slash?

Only one he can have a chance of beating is Jozu, but Jozu's AP and Dura are pretty good so that's gonna be a hard one for Queen.

Yeah, that's kind of why he's over Queen.
Even if they didn't do "lasting damage" ( which is dumb, not doing lasting damage /=/ not doing damage ) it still made him cough blood and fly into walls.
