Lucci just didn't use his there because he's a dumbass, but her using seastone means she doesn't want them to use their dfs.

As in while his stretch limit could be hundreds of kilometers, he wouldn't likely be able to use that massive stretch range in battle effectively.
Basically one of the main reasons some people would have against it is because they'll assume we're saying that Luffy could punch someone from the other side of a continent with this even though this is for how much he can stretch, not for how far he can fight someone.

Oda even says luffy himself is trying to be able to stretch to 100 gum gums, so I don't see how luffy wouldn't be able to just stretch that and punch

I can't imagine it's too comfortable and it's not like people are gonna come after him for his Lunarian genes given how strong and durable he is.
Plus he's already guarded by one of the strongest characters in the series, not to mention people will always see his black wings and the flame on his back anyway.

King and Queen still being heavily injured when practically everyone else involved in the raid was already walking around like normal including Zoro who was literally fighting his demons to stay alive after the King fight would be weird. They’re also Ancient Zoans so they should be recovering much faster anyways.

His LS is much higher than Kings which would allow him to constrict him and use pressure to target his insides similar to how Brachiosnakus does.
His nutrients absorption ability is pretty broken.
His devil fruit is also broken, as it allows him to revive himself from virtually any injury to full HP.

King can just burnt the plants around him as well.
Didn't Zoro and the others still have bandages while they watched Aramaki fight the Scabbards?
Also King and Queen seemed to be in the reformed prison which means they probably didn't get a ton of medical care.
Plus King's wing was clipped, his sword was broken, Queen's arm was broken, etc.
