Even when the dude was seriously wounded by Hakai Oda still had him scar Kaidou lol.
And judging by how he had Zoro low diff the same opponents Luffy low diffed (Hody, Monet, Apoo, etc.) I'm willing to bet he'll low diff Lucci as well to keep up the tradition.

tbf that was probably due to the fact oda wanted to start luffy's fight vs kaido and zoro wouldn't get another chance to pull off that feat

Pre ts he was below Lucci and Lucci was extreme diff material for Luffy as well
Now he's only low diff material for Luffy
So to show Zoro's grown as well why not have him beat Lucci's ass to mirror their fight in Water 7
