For the beyond advanced stage of Busoshoku Haki, it should get Intangibility, specifically because of its ability to phase through obstacles and destroy them from the inside.

That's honestly it.

We can visibly see how regular emission attacks the object, advanced emission phases through the object, which is why the side of the tree that Luffy punched (didn't even punch it, didn't even touch it) was unharmed.

Thats just emission the haki penetrates its defense its just durability negation. Intangibility refers only to a user phasing through objects in this case its just luffy's haki that is going inside an object.
I dont agree with the OP this is just going to imply intangibility to anyone who has durability negation

Wouldn't that be Limited Intangibility via Beyond Adv Buso, since the ability only makes the Haki itself pass through things and not the entire user? Or is that not how limited intangibility is used?

No. Limited would be like a character than can only use intangibility in a specific condition or limited only to for example his arms and legs that can be limited intangibility but in this case doesnt apply at all

We know that Buso Emission has a physical form as shown with literally any non-touching clash. Beyond Advanced Stage Buso is able to turn that emission intangible in order to penetrate any object.

If it was literally penetrating defense then how does it literally pass by the tree, the collar, Kaidou's body, and more without it destroying it from the inside

We can see the aura passing through and destroying from within

This is such a bad summary of the OP

I don't think we normally give intangibility for attacks, we just mark them down as durability negation. We don't treat Haki as being physical matter but a physical force and intangibility normally goes towards the former since energy by its very nature isn't really tangible.

  • Attacking internal organs - Due to the manipulation of internal energy (or electricity), a character can directly target the internal organs, thereby ignoring the durability of the outer layers (such as leather, armor, etc.). Manipulation of threads is also included in this type, as even a single fibre, penetrated through a crack in the armor, can be fatal.
  • Energy Manipulation - An attack using energy can sometimes bypass physical durability. However, such an attack usually still requires more energy than the aforementioned durability and is also easily blocked by energy barriers.
This is exacly what is stated on durability negation page
This is just not what the OP is saying.

Due to the nature of Buso Emission, the fact that it can either have a physical form and a state where it can go through objects means that Intangibility works.
Only the aura can go through objects and the aura is just energy even if the energy is physical.

You know Naruto himself has a very much equivalent to this haki that is his senin mode that he can make Natural energy a part of himself and he also can uses toad kata to destroy organs from the inside so this would give Naruto and a bunch of Naruto characters that can use senin mode intangibility.

You know the worse part? I very recently made a post for Captain Marvel and i showed 2 scans which are clearly intangibility and Antvasima denied it. If this doesnt work how can you expect your's to?
