I give it to the AT-AT. The walker has more advanced technology than the Omnidroid. Plus the durability heavily outdoes the omnidroid.

We are discussing if Omnidroid may abuse on any weakness of the Star Wars camel.

The weaknesses known is cabel wrapping the legs of the AT-AT. However nowhere in the movie of incredibles have we seen the Omnidroid shoot a cable nor have seen its legs reaching to the desired legth to actually topple the AT-AT. The other weakness is shooting its underbelly, that requires being bombed by Y-Wings or something of equal strength to its torpedos. The Omnidroid can only shoot its hands and lazers. None of those are powerful enough to exploit this weakness.
