The Hyper Explosive Demon Wave is Piccolo Jr.'s "greatest attack," the Demon Clan's "strongest technique" and was by far the strongest attack he used against Goku.
It's more a Final Explosion (The new one) than a basic explosive wave.

A thing we're saying anyone ever can use just because, what's stopping Bardock from just doing it and charging it up?
I want proof, like how hard is it to show some? Like surely if there was proof someone would have posted it by now.
What even is "a basic explosive wave"? Where is this even established as a concept? And why is a basic explosive wave, if that's even a actual thing, some sort of catch all anyone can use on the fly?

Most of it is what ki attacks Bardock can do lol, which I don't know why since oozarus haven't really been shown to do anything but mouth beams, and given their animalistic intelligence I doubt they can do more complex ones

This. He lacks major stuff to survive a prolonged fight against a stronger & more skilled opponent to get a power boost. I don't think his willpower will work when he's dead either lol.
Question, Don't sayians' have to heal after having a near death experience to get their zenkai boost? If so, how would bardock even heal after getting pummeled by Far Higher LS and AP? Assuming he lives long enough btw.
