Combined with sayian bullshit and bardock should be stronger outright. Again, the planet bust was something Nolan had literally one shot at doing or he'd die. Even if Bardock didn't upscale, he'd be stronger because something only twice as strong as his AP value threatened to kill Nolan

So what? Bardock has lower durability than Omni Man's AP, and can't even compare in LS.

Besides, we saw Mark crush the Immortal's head just like how Omni Man did to Red Rush, and the Immortal is somewhat comparable to Mark and could harm him

This is actually straight up wrong. The thing 2x Bardock's AP value, they scale flatout zero diff.
What threatened to kill Nolan, was doing the 5-B feat flatout without Racer's beam, but the low 5-B aspect of it, that being uprooting a large chunk of the planet's mass as they exit, is something they scale to zero problems, given, they like, literally did it without taking any damage.

You're conflating what he actually scales to, and what threatened him, they're not the same thing.
You'd be right if you said a flatout 5-B attack could threaten his life, but not this.

Also, Nolan has gotten stronger since that time.
