one for the shogun puppet and the other for Ei

Considering that they’re equals to the point that they could fight at full power in a mental plane for 500 years before the tide changes at all I really don’t know what the need would be.

Probably cause Shogun is a complete copy of Ei bar the will part, yet Ei still consistently beat her in all 500 years even if it's barely, the last fight have Ei with awakened Musou beating exotic Shogun which likely is an amp without using her own exotic attire so Ei by that point is just straight up superior to Shogun at her peak.

Edit: also at that point, their skill should likely be higher than currently since fighting against an equal opponent for 500 years would more than likely have some effect on your skill.

Nah, I think that is Okuyasu's speed in general. Like his speed by himself without The Hand, so it might be affected by speed equal as a result.
