Ok they are both pretty even in a lot of areas. With JC's invisibility being pretty useful here but Bond has literal decades worth of more experience.

However I'm giving this to James. Denton may have stealth and weapon mastery along with marksmanship, but so does Bond and not only had he faced foes who are just as good as him and won, he's also done it for much longer. Bond also has a versatility edge with his gadgets, some of which Denton would never have even heard of.

This fight is basically a pro verusing a pro whose done it for decades longer and is more versatile.

Invisibility may cause an issue here, but in everything or nothing Bond dealt with invisible soldiers anyway so it doesn't matter all to much. Plus thermovision nullifies it anyway
