I asked a question about this page in Q&A threads, but then realized that calc discussion exists.

How does the site treat The Big Crunch AP-wise? I plan on expanding upon The Big Bang page relatively soon alongside proposing a page for The Big Rip.

TL;DR, What's the calc consensus on theoretical Big Crunch event? Moreover, how would a Big Rip event be treated in terms of AP/calcs?

yes
it should always be used when the celestial body takes up a majority of the PoV. i vaguely remember doing some rough math and arriving at the conclusion that you'd only get a change of like 5% when the planet takes up half the PoV (the less space it takes up, the less relevant curvature scaling becomes)
 
A character can destroy 3000000 (3 million) square miles with their attack
and they have a power up which makes them 80 times stronger
What would be this character's rank and tier?

Also can you show me how much of earth is 3 million square miles with a circle or square?

Brazil happens to be 3.3 million square miles so around there. And I believe destroying it is continental level from an explosion, but it depends how its destroyed so could be higher.

Well, before power up, character is 312 Teratons. To even reach the baseline for Planet Level, you need 59.44 Zettatons.
1 teraton is equal to 1e-9 Zettaton. So, 312 teratons is 3.12e-7 Zettatons

59.44 Zettatons/3.12e-7 Zettatons = 1.9e+8 times more powerful, or, well, at least 190 million times more powerful.

Edit: Or if you want him to be 5-B with the power up, he need to be 2.375 million times more powerful in order for his amp to boost him to planet level, ie he needs to have an AP of 741 Exatons (Small Planet Level/Low 5-B) before power up in order for his boost to get him to 5-B.

Wow. I never knew that there is this much of difference between country/continental/multi-continental and planetary 😮
If this character can destroy 20 million square miles and has 80X power up, what would be the tier?

One method was based on another calc's method using acceleration which gave a value of 1.66722878251023E+22 kg for the Disney radius of the Death Star, and 9.37816190162005E+21 kg for the Expanded Universe Death Star.

And another using momentum based on the destruction of Alderaan which gave a value of 8.35543247398690E+38 kg

However, are these values correct...

I wanna say thats in Africa due to the pyramids but it definitely could just be bad geography. You'd probably have better results getting the measurements of the Earth then measuring the travel lines.

Based on the information from this, the density should be:

ne = ni = 1.0e12 cm^-3 = 1.0e18 m^-3
me = mass of an electron = 9.1093837e-31 kg
mi = mass of ion (assuming a hydrogen plasma) = 1.673823e-27 kg

Densityplasma = (ne * me) + (ni * mi)

Densityplasma = (1.0e18 * 9.1093837e-31) + (1.0e18 * 1.673823e-27)

Densityplasma = 9.1093837e-13 + 1.673823e-9

Densityplasma = 0.00000000167473394 kg/m^3

I need help with this faulty calc that's featured in this verse's page

Invincible throwing half a meteorite was first calculated here. Then, a user found out the math was incorrect and re-calculated it here. Finally, a calc group member commented on how this calc also has issues. However some of those are issues that are carried from the very first calc that are now being pointed out and the user said that if that was the case it should be dismissed altogether, and since then, nothing.

This is pretty bad as besides Early Invincible it also affects other characters who scale and some have even gone to matches with that.

Any help on sorting this out ?
