Odin Upgrade to Universal Level, possibly Multiverse level

Well if I am not mistaken Oblivion allowed Iceman to defeat him, Black Panther was using some Panther God IDK but that was PIS, Logos only destroyed the M-Body of Tribunal (but in that story there are a lot of inconstistencies with cosmology), Cyclops harming Dormammu is PIS agreed, but Dormammu was only able to defeat Eternity while extremely amped and with his sister. Ego has also withstood universe-shaking blasts and alternate version of him fought Celestials.

inconsistency otherwise there would be no need for the term "PIS" and some examples are out of context.

You will have to gather evidence of Ego's feats, but regular 4-B superheroes or sending him into a star is usually presented as sufficient to take him out, as far as I am aware.

Black Panther personally defeated the Tiger God, and Logos killed the true Tribunal, and Dormammu has fought Eternity evenly before, with his sister simply adding the extra firepower to prevail.

Again, Marvel might be the most inconsistent franchise in existence, so we have to go by whatever consistency that we can find, and try to disregard outliers.

Anyway, we are most likely not going to accept an upgrade of Ego, and it is off-topic derailment of this thread. Sorry.

Dormammu and Umar were amped by the shift in Cosmic Axis. That's why they were able to defeat Multi-Eternity. Dormammu by himself was always inferior to Eternity, let alone Multi-Eternity.

Black Panther proved "worthy" of the full power of power of the tiger god. This was a test of the tiger god not a fight to death.

Now back to Odin 3-A ...This would scale Zeus (Marvel).

Iceman also defeated Oblivion, Black Panther defeated Logos, who defeated the Living Tribunal, and Cyclops severely harmed Dormammu, who defeated Multi-Eternity. Marvel is unbelievably inconsistent.
You sure Dormammu beat Multi-Eternity, not the Universal one?

Hela and Mephisto stalemate and Odin and Zeus should be above both.

Ghost rider should be above Hela and mephisto.

Surtur transcend Odin.

Current Cul is below Odin and Fear itself Cul should be equal to Odin.

The cosmic axis was not stated to astronomically boost Dormammu, and yes, he stated outright that Eternity was far far more than just a universe, and then mentioned that he would rewrite all universes in his own image, so it definitely seemed to be the multiversal version.

As for the Tiger God, the Black Panther was shown preparing to physically tangle with it, and it makes absolutely no sense that something that simply empowers the White Tiger would be able to defeat an entity capable of killing the Living Tribunal.

Anyway, to return to the main discussion, we need Matthew's help with finding evidence for and wording the explanations for any upgrades to Odin, the Watchers, and characters scaled from them, or nothing is going to happen, and Matthew is generally busy IRL nowadays.

We do not consider the handbooks as reliable, as they are mostly written by low-level staffers making things up as they go along, and nothing was mentioned within the comicbook of Dormammu's powers increasing by even one degree of infinity, much less an infinite number of degrees.

In any case, this is derailing the main focus of the thread, which is not likely to be accomplished anyway, as long as Matthew is too busy to commit to a revision.

Perhaps it would be best to close this thread, as it currently serves no real purpose beyond wasting my time.

Okay. Thank you for the help.
