Objection! You ARE a traitor! (Grace)

Phoenix's Point is definitely large enough in range and width and strong enough to hurt and kill Alec. However any Gun Alec has may not be able to hurt Phoenix that much. Phoenix is at least over 3 times stronger (iirc. They are like 500,000. Phoenix is at least 1,600,000). Nothing stops Phoenix from an onslaught of wind and light mixed attacks which both damage and blind Alec. Or just blow him up. All with a finger point. A Traitor gets Traturned to ash.

Phoenix for Range, Durability, Strength, and better looking

Aaaactually, considering guns have a lot of range on them, and Phoenix doesn't have many range feats aside from pointing across a courtroom, to my knowledge, which isn't tens of meters, Alec starts out of Phoenix's range, where his skill, guns with piercing damage (half a megajoule of piercing damage even. 9-B gun's are ******* strong), and his general knowhow and Phoenix's...inexperiencenin combat should net him a loss.

How does he have tens of meters in range anyway?

Tens of meters comes from the courtrooms size. Which in size is more than a few several meters based on his height. Just from partial shots alone reaches over 13 meters iirc. And it doesn't include the entire court as well as the longways length, which his wind tends to consume most of the room. And theees a good chunk of the room we can't measure cause we never regally get any good or full shots. We can just say it's quite a bit longer. Phoenix's winds also only tend to stop due to hitting the wall. So his wind should be able to go a distance farther. Maybe not much. By it should provide a notable difference. And the longwise (aka from where the judge is to the door), iirc is much longer in distance which Phoenix has also hit to the doors before. So that's why he general lands there. (Mia also did it from the door to iirc. But I'm not entirely certain on that one)

And honestly. I gotta speak with some calc members and see if piercing damage can get a general page or something. Cause piercing also can be an issue when considering two people in the same level. But ones notably higher. Maybe a general area of when piercing damage should stop working can be made. I think that could be very useful in vs debate. (So like if the person is 7 times stronger. Than maybe that's the baseline where it's agreed piercing damage shouldn't work. Where someone who's 3 or 4 times may only get minorly pierced. Or it still qualifies to pierce them.) I continue to run into that issue across many fights and am seeing arguments land in very different areas.

I'm still skeptical at best with the pierce damage though. Phoenix caused an AOE attack which was around 3.4 times stronger than their verse. His own direct power being stronger. As well as his durability. It's hard to say a gun that many times weaker could pierce him. It still would hurt likely. But piercing is a very hard thing for me to buy. Sure this gun can shoot someone like James who hits 500,000 Joules. But this isn't Bond. This is Phoenix. Who is WAY stronger and way more tough on a much more casual level.

As well. Since speed is equal. But considering Phoenixs still natural Supersonic speeds, plus the distance they would be at. It's probably not even gonna touch him. He fires he gun, Phoenix points cause he certain is fast enough with that kind of distance, and then the bullets get yeeted off course by winds and either away or right back at him, as its sent much larger and stronger things flying. Or he just dodges. Without a proper weapon that could break through his wind. Wins spams prevent any threat a gun could provide + the speed needed to face a gun (yes. Speed is equal. But Phoenix is still fast enough to reac to the gun. From the distance they would be at. No question about it). Phoenix is both on the attack and defense with Wind + light which would be blinding and hard to fight against. Phoenix just needs to get one good hit in too. May not kill him. But the moment that he gets caught and tosses in the wind and light. He gets GG. Plus explosion pointing to. Even if he dodged it. The explosion should still catch him in its radius. Just doesn't seem possible with such a strength/durability disadvantage. Even without experience. Phoenix doesn't need much to point. He doesn't need to be super skilled when he can overwhelm with such stupid hacks.

The fact he could dodge them.

The fact since their in a base area, there's not gonna be hundreds of meters of distance between them.

The fact Phoenix air attacks regardless to not being able to reach him at first, very easily overpowers the bullets. And the fact the bullets piercing Phoenix is kinda debatable and iffy.

Except for the fact that

1. He can't dodge every single bullet that Alec dishes out with machine guns having borderline danmaku. Unless you're implying Alec can't hit him which puts this whole match into question.

2. Regardless of starting area, starting range is assumed to be SBA unless otherwise stated, so that point is mook.

3. He's not that strong. The bullets aren't normal bullets. They're 500 megajoules bullets and bullets can travel in opposing wind so that doesn't matter. Depending on the power of the gun it may not even matter with opposing wind.
