He shouldn've been able to but for some stupid reason he couldn't use it. Although Madara used it fine after stealing Kakashi's eyes. So Kishimoto contradicted himself

If you ignore the stupid PIS then Obito should be able to use Kamui.

Not CIS, it's more like WIS. Obito wanted to use it but he couldn't become intangible because the Juubi was too 'dense', BUT Madara could use Kamui after stealing eye from Kakashi. You could say he was unfairly nerfed. It's one of the dozens of ******** inconsistency in the war arc.

BTW it's debatable if Juubito is Prime Obito. Double MS Obito can use both eyes at the same time and is more haxed comparatively. DMS Obito only lacks behind in AP.

In short- Juubito can't use Kamui. So he can't become intangible, BFR other people or teleport.

Hmm, that explanation makes a lot of sense. It's pure PIS that Obito couldn't use it. Well, I don't blame Kishimoto. He rarely got hit even when he was facing multiple people on his level or stronger than him because of Kamui. When he became the jinchüriki of the Juubi, he was casually blitzing everyone and ripping the Edo Kage apart casually. If he had access to Kamui, he would have been unstoppable. That's why Kishimoto nerfed him.

An intangible juubi jinchuurki who can teleport is indeed very OP.
