Reasons: he has more versatility and can bypass durability with a lot of his abilities. There is also the fact taht he is immortal to basically any physical mean.

Not at all. The only way to physically kill the Dark One it's using his dagger.

I don't think Obito's intangibility it's enough to match the Dark One's magic power. He has likely ilimited knownledge about magic. In round 1 it would be rather difficult, but I still think he takes that.

Even with Obito's intangibility, Rumplestiltskin might be able to rip his shadow appart, killing him immediatly.

In round 2 I'm pretty sure he takes that easily, 'cause with itens he is almost invincible for someone who doesn't have resistence against magic. After all, he could simply absorb Obito's power with the Sorcere's hat and, with prep time (even if limited) he would be abble to surpass basically all of Obito's abilities (using a spell that can make him immune to any damage that comes from a specific person. In this case, Obito).

In the bonus round the result would be the same. If I'm not wrong, both Obito and Kakashi need to breath. With a single gesture, both Regina and Rumple can simply choke their enemies with their telekinesis, wich would eventually kill both.

So, that's my opinion. Obito doesn't have anything to do against the Dark One (if I'm sayying something stupid, please, tell me)

Edit: I think Tobi will be playing defence here so I'll give it to Rumple for now via precog/ sealing/ absorption transforming tobi into dinner.
