Obito literally knows everything about Pain, so he just runs off and kills Nagato or just Kamuis all the Paths of Pain starting with the Deva Path or Naraka Path. Either way, Pain is completely ******.

BFRing Pain is not a very viable strategy tbh, especially against the Deva Path. If he tries it against him, he'll get Shinra Tensei'd into oblivion.
He'll also need to get rid of the Animal Path first, since he can summon the BFR'd Paths, and BFRing him will be especially difficult as well due to him usually being in the air and/or invisible.
This is not as one-sided as you all think it is.

This isn't as one sided as people think. If Obito tries warping away the paths, the others will attack while he's tangible. But still, he is faster and likely stronger given how powerful he was with a fresh mangekyo. He actually wouldn't win via kamui gg, as when he kamuis to avoid attacks later the paths will be able to attack the part of Obito's body in the kamui dimension like Kakashi did (people say the paths wouldn't function in another dimension, but didn't that happen with the animal path? Either way it doesn't change the outcome since Obito wins either way). But his inability to be hit along with his potent wood style, fire style, taijutsu, and genjutsu would net him the win.
Yeah like the fact that BM Minato is comparable to BM Naruto.
tbf he doesn't actually scale. Obito got hit by Minato multiple times and only reacted when he was prepared for an attack. And the fact that Minato teleported to the kunai and slammed his rasengan into Obito before Obito could even process what had happened is pretty big evidence he doesn't scale. Though he should be sub-relativistic from kamuing from Ay's blitz at the five kage summit.
