NP scaling problem

On a prvious thread (Excalibur rating issue), a member debunked one of my arguments saying that it goes against the current scaling chain, so i looked the power scaling chain and it doesn't make sense because for example, say why the NPs like Excalibur are rated like 6-C?, if there are no feats on that scale (or any calculated Np at all) and that leads to an senseless scaling chain for example:

Excalibur: 6-C at full power, should be superior to spartacus self-destruction and would have killed berserker all 12 times over ( Eh, no?, Crying WArmonger has no calc and killing berserker could be as low as High 7-A, but ok, let's continue)

Crying Warmonger: 6-C, destroyed half of the Yggmillenia fortress and was compared to a calamity like an earthquake or a tsunami. Also should be comparable to Karna's Brahmastra (Let's see, a Tsunami or an Earthquake could be done by a 7-A easily but ok, also why is destroying the fortress of Yggmillenia 6-C when the most powerful human-made modern magecraft was 7-A?)

Brahmastra KUndala(aka where the scaling chain becomes ridiculous): 6-C, described as being capable of desrtroying the Yggmillenia fortress (What's with that, gosh) and would have killed Ruler even if she used Luminosite Eternelle ( No?, it would kill her befor she can pull it) Also should be comparable to Arjuna's Pashupata(let's see that later)

Pashupata : 6-C, killed Clan calatin, a composite being made of 28 demon gods, and should be comparable to karna's Brahmastra as his equal. (no, just no, pashupata deals instant death and the 28 gigaton calc done on narutoforums was flawled because we don't know the size of the forest and also we don't know how it was destroyed. Also, why is this scaled to Karna in any way? this Np is a divine construct and the main weapon of the most powerful indian god, so it should logically be higher than brahmastra)

Balmung: High 7-A, managed to overpower Brahmastra KUndala after spamming it and delayed Vasavi Shakti (no, there is no calc to Brahmastra that would put it that high, and for vasavi, just after he's seen it was completely overpowering his blade, he used the command spell on himself and even then it would had been overpowered in just two seconds had not Astolfo used Achilled Shield to stop it)

All A+ NP: escaling to Balmung (also it's worth noting that Sieg's Balmung was stronger than it would normally be because it's gem stores mana and true ether and he was constantly charging it with his galvanism)

See where is the inconsistence?

Also then there are some (three) that doesn't even make sense at all:

Dendera Light Bulb: 6-B, is comparable to a solar flare (those are high 6-C), was overpowering Excalibur proto with some restraints released (also high 6-C), was able to overpower Stella when backed up with three command spells (the feat of creating the national border was calculated to be in between 6-C to High 6-C), and managed to overpower the Lion King's magical barriers (that were calculated using the feat of resisting one of the blasts), and was stated to be able to destroy tokio (the feat was calculated to be aroun 20 Teratons, but that was using the vaporization value, but the original text says it can reduce Tokio to scorched earth)

Stella (aka Suicide Tsar Bomba): 6-B, created trhe national borders of turan and persia (that only happened in the legend, but istill, it was calculated to be around 6-C to High 6-C as a high end), with a condensed blast was able to stop the light of judgment (actually, it just was redirected)

Rhongomyniad: 6-B, can match Dendera Light Bulb (wich again, is High 6-C to low 6-B), with barriers can stop a blast (same problem as above) and has 3000 thousand times more energy that a A+ NP (the feat of 80 gigatons was done using a flawled pashupata calc of 6-C potency multiplied x three thousand times, and as it was said above, that calc was wrong)

so, we should use a valid feat to scaling that could possibly be used to create a consistent scaling chain, not just creating profiles without valid feats

also, has anyone make a calc of this?

There are actual values for stuff like earthquakes and tsunamis. The files don't do a great job of linking to them though.

I'm pretty sure Balmung should be 6-C anyway, since it is supposed to be able to damage Fafnir
No, that only would apply to living siegfried, not to the Servant's NPs

Ok

but, I just remembered why it's not scalable.

Balmung, as a dragon slayer weapon, gets a massive boost against dragonkin (for example, a single scratch of Arondight could have killed Artoria) and negates dura to some extent (can negate most of a dragon's dura like with armor of fafnir) (Armor of fafnir makes Siegfried's skin that of a Dragon, and gets completely bypasses by dragon-slaying weapons) + Siegfried also gets a buff when fighting dragons

No, it doesn't completely bypass durability. If it did, then it would have been casual. Siegfried implies it was done through chip damage focusing on the same spot in his armor, so it would not scale to the massive degree, but Fafnir is country level just by his breath alone so back scaling works.

Fafnir is 6-C by breathing and scaling to the dragon of britain (i don't remember it's name)

If it was done through chip damage then even multiple 7-A attacks after a big amount of time could (Also, Balmung gained Dragon-Slaying attributes after killing fafnir, not before, before the feat it was only a majestic Holy Sword)

I think it also has a guide statement as well

No, because how far into country level fafnir is would have back scaling be in the country level range. If his breath alone is country level, and breath is not strong enough to damage the one breathing, then the chip damage would have to be at least country level at the weakest.

No, Fafnir is 6-C, also, multiple attacks of a weaker tier should be able to destroy thing on a higher tier if given enough time (you cant destroy, say, a wall with a single strike with a shovel, but you can do chip damage until if breaks, and that doesn't make you suddenly wall level with a shovel)

You know what I mean. His breath alone is 6-C, making him a much higher degree of 6-C. The force needed to damage someone even slightly is greater than the forced needed to breath, so the AP required to deal chip damage is still 6-C.
