Minor hi3 changes

These should be pretty simple and straightforward revisions.

Removing Avrora scaling to Wendy and BoS trio:
Base Kiana, Mei and Bronya are scaling to Wendy, who upscales from Avrora via this statement. There are some problems, though... Avrora was also said to have half the power of 2E Sirin, who scales to a 3-C+ Welt, given that it would be too inconsistent to have both the base form of BoS characters 3-C and an incomplete Herrscher with less than 30% of her power having a somewhat scaling to a full Herrscher, another thing is that the statement used for the scaling doesn't come from Honkai Impact 3rd, but rather from Guns Girl Z, which prob explains this inconsistency. This ultimately doesn't change the tiering though, since Wendy currently scales to her own calc and not from Sirin's 3-C, but the scaling from Avrora should still be removed because of the reasons above.

Matter Manipulation and Durability Negation for Durandal sword:

It is stated here that Durandal's sword has the ability to cut and manipulate something at a sub-atomic level.

Readjusting Elysia's info 2 resistance?

I was looking at Elysia's profile recently and came across this, if you take a look at the link, she didn't resist that... she was in fact erased, but then regenerated. So, her data/info2 resistance should be replaced with high-godly regeneration.

I'm not entirely sure what is happening in that scene, but I could see how it could be interpreted either way.

High-Godly Regen is a pretty bold claim from something that vague, so I think we should stick to the original ability without further context.

plus resisting would mean being completely unaffected by the ability to be erased
And we clearly see elysia being erased and then coming back, this is not a case of resistance, it is a case of regeneration

Well, it's just that I'm not entirely sure what we're seeing in that scene, since it's very stylized and I'm not familiar with the verse/all the context surrounding it.

If that is indeed what it looks like when they're deleted, then the regen is probably fine.

Its understandable, op should have brought up the Ability of HoC to erase people, and if you watch video you can see ber body parts being deleted each time she vets hit so its an clear case of EE so yeah she was getting erased and regenerated herself later on
