Alright where to start with this.The manga isnt the primary cannon the anime is. The manga just serves as promotion for the anime.Goku has never destroy a planet before but that doesnt mean he cant,he has beaten characters who did destroy planets.The rof manga is being retconned in super when beerus sneezed in super what goku said was "that almost caught me off guard" not that would have killed us. And even in the rof manga version just because a blast destroys a planet doesnt mean thats all it can destroy there is such a thing as potency and aoe.

Goku didnt shake it by himself but he still contributed half of the power to it.And it seems like your trying to say the feat is some sort of outlier it itsnt because ssg is a new transformation and its feats havent been contradicted yet.
