Honestly I’d say this is a stomp. Morbius might have the AP advantage, but Miguel just kinda styles on him with his skills and greater abilities. Not to mention a much higher LS

So Morbius is roughly 2.58 times stronger, but the gap is slightly smaller in practice because Miguel upscales from the High 8-C feat
Morb is also pretty inexperienced in combat, he's pretty much only fought Milo and random guys with guns, while Miguel has taken on a bunch of superpowered guys from alternate universes
Miguel could also just throw one of the traps he has at Morbius and he might not be able to get out
