Currently on teenage Naruto's profile his nine tails chakra mode is rated 7-A. I think this is very innaccurate.
For one thing Naruto's chakra mode contains enough of Kurama's chakra to leave him highly weakened, the portion of Kurama sealed within Naruto is rated Low 6-B, which means that for Naruto to be only 7-A he'd need to have taken only 1/1000th of the chakra.
In addition, one of his shadow clones (which are consistently shown to be far inferior to the real Naruto in speed and power) was able to cause damage to the Third Raikage, who is rated High 6-C, with a Rasenshuriken. Then there's the time he fought with V2 Jinchuriki who had enough power to hurt Killer B in his tailed beast form, another High 6-C character.
Because of this I think it's logical to upgrade Naruto's Nine Tails Chakra mode to at least High 6-C due to being able to consistently cause damage to characters around that level of durability and tank hits from characters with that level of Attack Potency.
