Niko Oneshot 10-B Nerf (Base form)

The Niko Oneshot page is incredibly vague for its reasoning of them being placed at 9-C with peak human speeds in their base form
for example:
Street level (Despite being a child has many characteristics of a superhuman)
This is stated with a complete lack of any sources or scans
Speed: Peak Human (Was able to traverse an area in minutes)
This is also incredibly vague.
I think until sources are provided, Niko should simply be changed to 10-B in their base key, as it makes more sense considering their normal, childlike appearance

Aside from the 9-C/Peak Human Speed scaling in the base form the rest of the page seems fine

Pretty sure OneShot has multiple areas and two different routes you can reference for it...

Yes but the game doesn't show a single strength related or speed related feat for Niko other than him being able to sprint somewhat fast.

Then rate him Unknown or 10-C physically. Pushing things can be AP though, so if he does any of that that would work(with a calculation)
