"while androids wield information-to-matter weapons that partially based on magic, that can ignore normal physical stats of objects."

This has nothing to do with the subject at hand, namely that we're discussing AP, not hax.

Plus, as people are quick to point out, A2 is pretty far above 9S, and 2B well... she's pretty much dead when she actually sees A2 (ignoring the slaughtering of the Robo-Baby). We have one feat that high and people suggesting we scale to Emil's Self-Destruction or Grun of all things is ludicrous.

The low-end vaporization calc for 6-C seems reasonable, considering 9S also survived a nuke + Grun's death exlposion while inside a 2km tall super robot made of ridiculously durable future alien metal. Being closer to Grun's Low 6-B durability would also make 9S surviving more believable, while being at least a 100 times more powerful than high-end androids preserves Grun's near-unstoppable nature.

...

How do other feats make any difference in what is reasonable for that particular calc

I'm genuinely confused by all this

Also, surviving an explosion from not-point-blank requires significantly less durability than tanking it at epicenter. For example, tanking a nuke can be as low as 9-B/9-A if you are far enough away from the most intense point (epicenter).
