Just be nice, contribute well to discussions and revisions, help with profile clean ups, prove knowledgeable on verses and how we do things here. That's all it takes.

It really doesn't take much time to pop into a rule violation thread and link someone being rude in a thread, it isn't particularly time consuming no.

What is hard to do however is being patient and having to be as kind as you can, it can be difficult trying to act calmly when people are insulting you or acting like jerks, if someone acts in that manner just send the thread they acted said way to the Rule violation thread and be done with it.

We mainly try to gauge how reliable, levelheaded, helpful, and sensible people are regarding different types of required tasks before considering them for staff positions.

If they work hard, have a good sense of judgement, and seem to have a sufficient degree of personal maturity, we will usually notice and consider them for positions eventually.
