In the final episode of the first season of the cartoon, Heavy Metal War, Megatron and Optimus agree to have a final bout of one-on-one combat to settle their war once and for all. Megatron, in preparation, uses a device that allows him to absorb the strength and abilities of his other Decepticons, namely Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Reflector, Soundwave and Rumble.
In the resulting fight with Optimus, Megatron is shown both to be much stronger, causing Optimus visible pain by just shaking his hand, and showcasing a wide array of abilities - Starscream's cluster bombs and null ray, Thundercracker's sonic booms, Skwarp's teleportation, Reflector's blinding lights, and Rumble's earthquake generating piledrivers.
He doesn't necessarily showcase all the other abilities he should have, namely Thundercracker's flamethrower, Reflector's duplication and infra-red vision, and Soundwave's telepathy and sound manipulation, though given the premise of the episode he should obviously have them.
I think Megatron in this state more than deserves to have a key in his profile.
