I made all the arrangements. I fixed the characters that did not have enough evidence for low multiversal to be large town level. Are profiles available right now?

Since MFTL+ is accepted, can I edit the profiles of the following characters to be MFTL+? I think profiles need to be unlocked for this.

Characters I mentioned: Drago, Naga, Hydranoid, Hades, Apollonir, Helios, Frosch, Exedra, Lars Lion, Clayf, Oberus, Leonidas, Vladiator, Aluze, Harpus, Fear Ripper
