No, if character is NEP 2, are it's attack NEP 2 as well? Let's say there is character A who has power null but can't interact with character B who is NEP 2, can character A null character's B powers?

Generally it's the same for Acausality Type 5, Abstract Existence Type 1, Nonexistent Physiology Type 1, and all that stuff.

I refer to Anos vs madoka... Anos can easily negate her law haxs, and now that Aca 5 cannot be interacted it's mean that now Anos can't negate her law haxs cuz madoka can't be interacted due to Aca 5... This is true? Also there are more characters with similar stuffs

What you mean? Its like its attack always can interact to nep2? I think no, need more feats like they can interact to nep2 for nep2 interact

It's not, because you don't have any feats to interact with NEP2 being so you can't attack that's. But if you have Non-Physical Interaction to NEP2 for sure you can attack that's
