Strange question (Nep 2)

Let's say a character brings back a thing/person that has nep 2 in existence, but that thing/person, when its existence is eliminated, does not return to nep 2.

Would that be a negation of nep type 2?

Let's say a character brings back a thing/person that has nep 2 in existence

bring back nep 2 back to existence is void hax, converse nothingness back to existence, though the void hax will have feat of being able to bring back nep2 back to existence

when its existence is eliminated, does not return to nep 2.

This depends on context, it could simply the erasure would not enough to make that target turn into type 2 again, or the target have weakness
