Hard to say. We don't know the full extent of Nemurin's powers, as we don't see her too much. Nemurin's personality isn't aggressive at all, and she wouldn't erase him. I guess she could manipulate reality/memories/morality, but she'd have to feel really threatened to do so.

How's their mental state? In-character, bloodthirsted? Any other indications?

If I'm seeing this right. This is taking place in a dream world, where she's basically a god. Standard battle assumption means that both characters are willing to kill. Grand priest is at a huge disadvantage here by fighting against her in a dream world. If he don't have some degree of conceptual resistant then he's done for. Vote Nemurin.

When I created this match Nemurin was At least 3-A with awesome hax, while GP was Low 2-C with good hax, but not impressive. Now that they're both Low 2-C, Nemurin has much more advantage.

GP should not be used purely due to having no idea what he can do all we really know is that he is leagues above the Angel's and everyone else, except zen'o. We have never even seen a glimpse of what he could do in a fight and all of his potential resistances.
