I vote for the Terminator, it's much more durable and more intelligent

The T-800 model easily tore apart a T-600 model, and those T-600 model can be shot by bullets a lot of times and not have many dents on the armor, and the T-800 survived a tanker exploding on its face and only its leg was damaged; while Nemesis was KOED by a grenade for a bit but still regenerated on time and in working order

Nemesis has only shown to be able to fight with either melee or its rocket launcher, disregarding being damaged. While the T-850 can take cover and hide.

In strength they are even, but durability and intelligence defines this battle

Yeah, the Terminator has the durability and intelligence to win this. Nemesis can put up a good fight, but I think Terminator can win eventually.

True but on the other hand Nemesis was able to quickly recover from a point blank explosion from his own Rocket Launcher, and remember the same type weapon is capable to completely obliterate the Tyrant T-002, which is physically Small Building level.

Personally i feel like both characters are overall on the same league in term of physical strength and durability.

Still i agree with you with the Terminator be more intelligent, even if i think its far from be enough to put down Nemesis.
