I love TWEWY, and I believe Neku has good power... but I have a few concerns.
First, a few abilities are missing. Status Conditions is missing from his list, and why increase his chance if he doesn't have that in the first place? Status conditions include Attack and Defense Break, HP Drain (like poison), and Immobilization.

Neku can also wear certain threads (clothes) that make him immune to these effects, so that should be added as well.

And for Neku's fight with Panthera Cantus, Hanekoma's Noise form. I'm not sure if it's necessarily canon. The Chapter description says "On a certain day, at a certain time, in another world... this, like, totally really happened." That sounds pretty sarcastic, so we might not want to trust this really happens. More evidence would be that Shiki takes on her appearance as Eri instead of her own true appearance. In the main story, her appearance was her entry fee, so she took on the look of the one she most envied. There's no good explanation why she'd be Eri on Another Day. Another evidence, probably the smallest one, is that for some reason the Reapers have visible wings. This shouldn't be the case in canon (they only have wings in the UG).

And for his Durability, it says Neku suffered hits from Megumi since he can stop time. Except why are we assuming this? Haven't found good footage yet, though it's possible to dodge his attacks even when he stops time (his attacks don't activate until he resumes time, which gives plenty of time to dodge).

Then I see we're missing Neku's partners: Shiki, Joshua, and Beat. In TWEWY, "an unpartnered player has little to no power", quoted from Megumi. Shiki's highest level fusion destroys a city, Joshua's fusion gave Neku his Dwarf Star level, and Beat's highest fusion releases tsunamis, which real life tsunamis can move at 500mi/h (with a density of at least 1029kg/m^3). Without any of them, Neku is powerless. But with all of them, he's stronger than Draco Cantus. And another thing; if your partner dies, you go down with them.

I might find a member or two to get their statements on these. Though I think these are plenty of things to change about Neku's profile. I'd suggest we split Neku with his 3 partners, then during his fight with Draco Cantus. Shiki would be City level, Beat's I might try calculating later, and Joshua and VS Draco Cantus might still be Dwarf Star.
