In the 2nd episode of Carnival Phantasm, there's a scene where Neco-Arc destroys a café with a single eye beam. I want to see if it's beyond the 9-A feats that are generally used for the Nasuverse chracters and if this somehow applies to other characters like the humans in Tsukihime (despite the fact this show is semi-canonical at best)
