Ok. So. I had dropped this a long while back. But I'm bringing it back up cause I still stand by it and think it should be added.
Naughty Bears Electricity Manipulation is Lightning. It's Cloud to Ground Lightning. He doesn't summon it from his hands. He doesn't use magic to create it. He just calls upon the sky and a bolt of Lightning strikes down and hits the target.
It's definitely electric as they even do a getting shocked animation
It comes from the sky as they literally look up at it.
We even hear the thunder clouds pre to it striking down.
And there's nothing that implies it's magical, non natural, or anything else bad.
There is no reason that this shouldn't be considered real Lightning. The way it acts, the sounds it makes, and the place it comes from are all that of Lightning and should be considered as such.
