Negi is 14.1 Gigatons, while Natsu is greater than 27.4 Gigatons, however Negi has better versatily and regen so that should even it out

From what i see,Natsu have an slight AP advantage here,but since i didn't know too much about Negi i will wait more input.

Negi gets my vote. FOr one he is a genius at combat and anything outside of combat compared to Natsu. He is a master martial artist and has trained and come up with his own fighting styles that he can use with his magic.

He has the advantage with the amount of spells he can use and hell magic tools

Negi also can absorb Natus's magic and if im not wrong lol Negi is immortal

Natsu is thoroughly wrecked, Negi can absorb his Magic attacks at will here and that form lets him become literal lightning on top of the instant regen.

When willing to kill he also has an habit of Wielding Ensis Exsequens sooner than later which should be mastered in this key unlike his base one.

He just hits Natsu with this and he turns into vapor (and as you can see through the description it isn't Fire Manip so he doesn't resist). He gets erased to literal smoke.

We really gotta be careful who we put Natsu up against. Remember that Natsu is the equivalent of a Dragon Ball character...Him fighting in the person with even the most subtle bit of hax that's not fire related is a death sentence...
