If you read the thread, there's a CRT for wheter or not certain noble phantasms would be 7-A or 6-C. If they were 6-C then this would be a stomp. That thread needs to be concluded first.

He didn't, that vs match was when Semi had 7-A shields. The new ones are a higher tier.

Mami Tomoe fights characters that can negate durability/have a way around her shields. Natsu has no such ability.

Negating Durability doesn't mean shot as she has 7C Dura

Even if she does have 7-C Dura, her shields are 7-A. She fights people who ignore dura and shields like Cu Chulaiin's causality manipulation and Kratos's numerous hax.
