Just read up on sinbad. Since he's got a possible 7-A tier, he takes this on that alone. Combine that with Flight, mind control, sleep inducement, Multi-mountain offense when he was a teenager, something he's likely evolved far beyond, this seems like a Sinbad win with low-Mid diff

Natsu has slightly higher AP and especially higher Durability
Sinbad has vastly more versatility and several hax. Natsu's flames are apparently weaker when engaging against wind users, so Sinbad has an advantage in elemental manipulation
Natsu stands a somewhat decent chance, but Sinbad takes this mid~high difficulty due to more firm advantages than Natsu.
