With speed equalized Piccolo stomps.

Piccolo and Goku 23rd Budokai version are already Moon lvl with full power (in Kazenshuu it was implied, dont remember the exact words, that Goku Kame is able to bust the moon and this makes sense with what we saw after those events with the arrive of Raditz and the other two). Moon lvl is the peak feat in Narutoverse done between 2 people, and the feat is a seal, not even a proper busting or attack feat.
