It uses multipliers that are not used in calculations. Also the point where he uses the data book to say that Ichigo is as fast as lightning does not make sense because they are described to be like lightning, to different meanings. But even if we did use the multipliers, we can not be sure that Ichigo is actually getting the 10x boosts every single time.

Naruto should win. He's suffered 1000 years of death. You'd need like....1000 Ichigo with all a year of experience just to make a kid Naruto feel pain. Not even comparable to EoS Naruto. Ichigo would job to Himawari's god tier finger poke.

Ichigo is basically a Saiyan, pretty sure he would get stronger during the fight thanks to his Regenerationn and stamina. He might be below Naruto at the start but he will start catching up as the fight goes on

What sort of logic is that. Adult Naruto would one shot him way before. He has a 8.7 exatonne punch at half his power. If we scale Ichigo from Kenpachi his Hollowfied Bankai only comes to 7.2 exatonnes and that's being generous, considering only his Bankai has a 10x multiplier and the Hollowfication was never given.Dangai Ichigo said:

Just thinking about this match with both of them having their respective evolution formula by their writers. Kubo makes Ichigo evolve through combat and Kishimoto either makes Naruto train before a fight, give him a Kyuubi power up or come up with a plan to beat his opponents when the two other options are out

You know that is not how vs battles work. We go off of profiles (or in this case composite abilities) not writers intent.
