There's no significant indication that it is only a few seconds as far as I can tell. It could've just as easily been 30 seconds, potentially even a minute to travel the full distance.
Well yeah there's nothing really conclusive but the general implication is that it's super quick. Obito teleports there and still seems to be in a hurry to leave after few seconds of talking. Despite the fact that Nard and others first had to locate them before even getting near.

I think someone was working on making an anime version of the Naruto profiles like how Dragon Ball has an Anime continuity since the anime for Naruto adds and also changes some stuff from the manga.

Did those plans get dropped? I remember like a year or so ago that someone said they were gonna make anime profiles.
I started making a profile of Gaara, but I didn't continue after that. I guess we were told we couldn't use the manga calcs, so someone had to make the calcs for the feats in the anime.
