That could possibly just mean the training is ass. thats true irl too, we cant determine if its enough to put reactive power level or something like accelerated growth on their profiles

Pretty sure the whole point of that line was to give an explanation for why everyone was getting so much stronger so quickly, implying everyone with Chakra has some degree of Accelerated Development.

btw one issue i saw with sasuke's p2 profile

there's 5 keys but only 4 speed separations for speed, i suppose taka and hebi won't be much different but i believe it would be best to add "x (faster than before)" so its easier to detect

If EoNNG Base Boruto ran a Naruto Villains Gauntlet in order (LoW - War Arc), fighting ONLY the enemies Sasuke fought, where does he stop? (Note: He doesn’t reset for each match. Any exhaustion or injuries he sustains carries over to the next enemy).

(Assuming Speed equalized) Prolly stops at Deidara unironically. He has no answers to Deidara's hax or flight.
He's fought a Clay user in the anime but they weren't nearly as skilled nor strong as Deidara

yeah but for some reason they gave him full on scaling for having feats against juubito

i thought someone may have argued that sasuke's base would be allowed to get it so I didn't change up too many things

You could maybe argue he perception blitzed Madara with Ohnoki's lightening but it's vague, and other than that no. Besides Amped Ay, all of them are slower than KCM1 Naruto (and significantly so), while Madara can keep up with KCM2 Naruto pretty comfortably, and via statements should be able to fight BSM Naruto level characters.
 
oh my gosh this reminds me of how I used to argue kcm2 is slower than kcm1 back in 2021~2022 for the itachi glaze agenda

Doesn't really change much
Madara's scaling itself (reacting to the rasenshuriken) was casual. Ohnoki and Gaara were fast enough to construct golems to block Madara's Yagatama attacks. Mei did same against his Katon. I'd imagine Byakugo Tsunade isn't vastly slower than those 3
 
I don't think Mabui's jutsu is that big of an issue
People here have already mentioned how Haku and non-organic matter can survive light speed movement.
In addition, Tsunade wasn't exactly shredded into atoms when she was transported. She suffered, at best, surface level wounds after being transported dozens of kilometres.
It seems to be a by-product of jutsu mechanics.
Besides, there doesn't seem to be a lot of characters with inferior physical stats to BASE Tsunade, who would scale to the latest upgrade

Mabui stuff is so weird. It can transport paper fine but not Shinobi, clearly mechanics matter and not just coz it's LS. Either way it's not really necessary. No one base ay and below is getting anywhere LS. Personally I don't even want that, it makes no sense for them to be there
