Naruto to Boruto Discussion Thread

I always forget about this statement, and I have a good laugh every time I remember it

Good god, the glazing is real.
 
How crazy would it be if we get an entire chapter of Ryu vs Sarada & Co and he is obviously dominating, only for it to be revealed at the end that they’re all standing around him like this and that that “fight” was happening all inside of Sarada’s Genjutsu? (Of course he’d likely break out, but Initially).
 
In the alternate timeline where Madara “doesn’t” stop Hashirama from killing himself, how long do you think it’ll be before Tobirama gets the idea to establish Ninja Villages (If he didn’t already know Hashirama’s Dream)? Or you think he’d eventually die before then.
 
Took a real liking to this last chapter.

Jura is actually the funniest person to me right now, shopping in Konoha after nearly murdering Kimiwari and some other kids like a week ago at least is one of the most disrespectful things I never in thought of.

Amado continues to be my favorite Boruto character for constantly dancing on a knife's edge.

Shikamaru make me think he's the closets to ruthless a Hokage has been since Tobirama, and it's interesting how much he treats outright battle as a last resort. I also just like how he's contextualize so differently as a leader from the Hokage's we witnessed.

I'm not the most caring of how romance keeps being central for these new Boruto women, but I will admit it is kinda funny how utterly terrible Konohamura appears to be at dealing with this.

I really like Ryu though, he feels like a teen. A muderous teen, but teen nonetheless.

I enjoy the vibe of the chapter a lot as well, a lot of tension going around and I look forward to seeing how it all goes wrong.

Thread 'Naruto Uzumaki vs Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki [0-0-0]'

This is Bijū Sage Mode Naruto and Alive Minato being used here with the fight taking place on the battlefield of the 4th Great Ninja War and both sides having any canonical knowledge they would have of each other. Both sides are also going all out in-character and without intent to kill. To make things a bit more interesting though Kushina and Minato are getting whatever knowledge their dead counterparts got of Naruto after meeting him.

So would Naruto still be immune to Genjutsu given Jiraiya’s Genjutsu breaking style is based on CC and only a handful of people who use Genjutsu can control chakra on the level of Naruto?
