the problem is more what the 1st Gate draws from
The 1st Gate is a 5x multiplier because it allows you to draw 100% of your own physical power vs the 20% you can normally use.
DMS Kakashi isn't really his own power; it's Obito basically possessing Kakashi's body to temporarily let him use his Six Path's chakra.
1st Gate DMS Kakashi would need to be using his personal hidden reserves of physical power to amp himself 5x the Six Paths Chakra that Obito is letting him temporarily use, but that doesn't make any sense.
That's basically saying Normal, Sharinganless, Kakashi's 80% reserved chakra is 5x greater than Ghost Obito's Six Path power

that and the amp would be less than what Obito's chakra gave him since Base Kakashi is massively weaker than Ghost Obito
1st Gate Sharinganless Kakashi would be like Sub Rel or Rel, whereas Ghost Obito brought him to FTL
1st Gate would practically do nothing for more body strain here

Yeah COAT should have soul manip but TSB? Those are 2 separate jutsu/abilties, its like saying shadow clone jutsu gets soul manip cause its a forbidden jutsu like death reaper seal.
Don't forget to remind him to rub the lotion on the skin or they it'll get the hose again.

I like Prescience’s portrayal in regard to how Koji is able to use it. He can see all possible futures, but for Combat purposes, it’s a predictive model meaning you have to have top tier Combat IQ to take advantage of it.

So, Shibai's supposed to be the Narutoverse's closest equivalent to "God", right? God's known, in a broad vague sense, to be Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent.
Omnipotence is covered through, well, Omnipotence lol.
Omniscience is covered through a combination of Prescience and the Senrigan. It's not quite full-on Omniscience, but I think it's the closest we're gonna get to it. Unless we assume Shibai's Senrigan doesn't share Eida's weakness,which isn't a huge stretch tbf.
That only leaves "Omnipresence", and I have a feeling Shibai's next big Shinjutsu to be revealed will be Omnipresence-themed. Wonder if it'll be some insane Space-Time Jutsu that allows him to exist in multiple places at once. Perhaps an insane combination of Clone Jutsu and Space-Time Jutsu. Something akin to Limbo, but more busted maybe.

Maybe it is like a fully manifested and less restrictive version of Code's Claw marks, since he can use those already to appear anywhere with those marking.
Maybe the Claws themselves are the limitation and Shibai can just be anywhere he wants rather than anywhere there are marks

Honestly, I'd love this idea. The only weird thing about it would be that it's implied that there are multiple Otsutsuki Gods, not just Shibai.
