Demon Fox Cloak Nard just gave Sasuke a few blows he couldn't predict and then he just decided to go Curse Mark Level 2.
Then Naruto attacked him, it did nothing and got bitched by Sasuke's Wing, then they both went for Rasendori clash cause Naruto couldn't do anything to Sasuke otherwise and Sasuke needed to end it quickly cause CM 2 eats Chakrak like crazy.

to be fair to him, its a very common thing in anime and manga for authors just draw characters with their panties or bra sticking ect so assuming its that isnt far fetched (weirdo industry i swear), also the strap on trousers might just not be a thing thats all that popular wherever he lives, i know this specific design is more common in places like Korea but i have no idea about NA .

Hey, listen. I'm not too knowledgeable on women's garments. I didn't even know waist straps were a thing until now. I don't know any other clothing with that design. I saw straps, I assumed thong. Doesn't help that there's that critique surrounding Ikemoto's character designs.
I didn't intend to add "sexual undertones" in that comment. I merely expressed my initial reaction upon seeing what I saw.

The "critiques" are fetishists that overlook far worse shonen manga designs and try too hard to exaggerate it's significance, they are invalid and usually by people that hate the franchise rather than having genuine concern.
