I think the fact that the term is enclosed in brackets suggests it's an actual nameThe raws that Sparkle sent say くろめ (kurome) iirc, like it doesn’t seem like they’re calling the eye “Black Eye” as in Sharingan, Byakugan, etc. I think they’re just referencing the fact that it’s black. I could be wrong tho

Well I don’t speak Japanese. Idk if “Black Eye” would have the “Koku” or “Kuro” or where “Koku” is even coming from. I do know “Kuro” means Black in Japanese unless I’m missing something…

Koku and kuro are different readings of the same kanji. Just like byaku and shiro both mean white. Because they didnt give the furigana its uncertain, but since the eye seems to contrast Byakugan, it should prolly be called Kokugan.Well I don’t speak Japanese. Well, if we take the Anime/Movie Portrayal, just Raw Chakra Manipulation (Change in Form).
It’s more than likely Shinjutsu, but would it be Shinjutsu Based Energy Manipulation (Anime/Manga Portrayal) or Straight Up Weapon Creation (Manga Portrayal)

I am pretty sure @SlendVeny is asking if Momoshiki after dying can use the energy weapons. We only ever see Fused Momoshiki do it. But Momoshiki always appears as the unfused version of himself whenever he interacts with Boruto after dying. Hence why this makes sense:
